So I had the pleasure recently of crocheting a baby blanket for Chris' Aunt Amy's baby girl. Little baby Lexi is arriving sometime today (she may already be here) so it looks like I finished the blanket just in time (I just gave it to the new mom and dad on Tuesday). Here are a few pics. The pattern is called a shell pattern and the blanket is a really great pattern to do because border and the rest of the blanket are all one piece. Looking forward to the next one :)
I love it, Heather! You'll have to teach me how to do it!
ReplyDeleteI need lessons!! Just something simple!! Great job!
ReplyDeleteIt looks great! I am trying to teach myself how to crochet. I learn one new stitch, then get frustrated when I try something new. I'm trying but I haven't gotten very far with it yet! Not much time for it, either unfortunately!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful!! I'm so impressed Heather :)
ReplyDeleteI'm so not crafty! My grandmother taught me how to knit...but she always 'started' and 'finished' whatever we were working on, so I only know how to do the stitches in-between! Kudos to you for making such a beautiful gift!!
